Understanding Your Grief is built on Dr. Alan Wolfelt’s Ten Touchstones – basic principles to learn and actions to take to help yourself engage with your grief and create momentum toward healing. Through guided discussions and activities, you’ll learn practical steps to engage with your grief, fostering healing and personal growth. This class meets on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8 pm, January 14 through March 25, in Room 316.
