Join us this fall for an introduction to mental health topics you or a loved one may struggle with. This is an opportunity to learn more about anxiety, depression, shame, anger, rejection, boundaries, stress, addiction, and surviving the holidays. Hear from trained professionals on these issues from a faith-based perspective and learn about other resources and further help. Child care provided.

This class meets on Wednesday nights, from August 21 through October 23, from 6:30 to 8 pm in Rooms 323 & 325.
